I’ve probably posted this before, but I don’t believe in “bad years,” as in, “that was a bad year, I’m glad it’s over, etc.” I get you might want a reset, and take it if you need it. But I don’t like labeling a whole frakkin’ year as all bad. I think that’s just telling yourself a story that negates what might have been good or neutral (fine) by dragging anything bad across it. I think doing things like that just make myself miserable and I’d rather make myself happy. There’s always a choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
