Zoom is a terrible Mac app, and a lousy app overall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It puts the window on top of all your other windows while you’re waiting for the meeting to start and the only way to get it out of the way is to minimize it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It highlights buttons in dialogs but pressing return doesn’t do anything in those dialogs, forcing you to move your cursor over and click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It doesn’t remember settings like Original Sound for Musicians or having the chat and\/or participants open across launches, even for the “same” meetings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you’re on a free account, when your time runs out, it disconnects everyone on the meeting without warning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are too many options and windows when you want to log into a meeting. On top of that, if there’s an update for Zoom, I seem to remember having to do that sometimes. These always happen when I’m late.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
